All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

When Can You Request a Replacement?

You can request a replacement if:

• Wrong item was delivered
  
• Product is expired
  
• Product is damaged or tampered
  
• Order is incomplete or items are missing
  
• Order marked delivered but not received

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product:

• Email us within 3 days of delivery
  
• Attach a clear image of the product and your order ID
  

After review:

• A reverse pickup will be arranged (where available)
• Once the product is collected (unused), we will:
• Ship the correct product, or Issue a refund (if replacement is unavailable)
  

Damaged Product Received

If your product arrives damaged:

• Email us within 3 days with images and order ID
  

After verification:

• Reverse pickup will be arranged
  
• Replacement will be shipped after pickup
  

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  
• If M.KAASA cancels your order, a full refund will be issued.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or contact us.

Important Conditions

We do not accept returns or replacements if:

• Product has been opened, used, or altered
  
• Original packaging or labels are missing
  
• Request is raised after 3 days of delivery
